The Supreme leader of Indigenous people of Biafra,
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has announced the regions and
states that will make up the proposed Biafra land if their agitation for secession or breakup is finally approved.
According to the publication the map released consist of 25 initial province across the south east,
south south and north central geo-political region of Nigeria.

This preliminary list does not include any part of
Benue and Kogi state which was initially claimed to
be part of the biafra land.
It is left to be seen if a further division will include
the north central states.
The inclusion of Delta, Edo and far aware Bayelsa creek in the proposed biafra land map cast a lot of doubt in the mind of many people as to where the oil rich region will join forces with the core eastern region.
