Daniel Akpeyi was the hero again for Kaizer Chiefs
after he saved two penalties to send his team to
the semi-final of the 2019 Telkom Knockout ahead
of Orlando Pirates.
Kaizer Chiefs defeated Orlando Pirates 4-2 on
penalties in the Soweto derby and quarterfinal
match played at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in
Durban on Saturday, November 2.
The Chiefs picked up the win after a 2-2 draw in 120
minutes of football with Akpeyi playing a crucial
role.
