Carlos Tevez has revealed that Juventus star
Cristiano Ronaldo spends entire day in the gym
but his biggest rival Lionel Messi isn’t like that
– According to Tevez, football comes naturally for
Messi but for what doesn’t come natural to him, he trains for
– Tevez is one of the few footballers who had the
opportunity to play alongside Ronaldo and Messi.
Boca Junior forward Carlos Tevez is one of the few
players who have had the honour to play alongside
football biggest stars – Cristiano Ronaldo and
Lionel Messi.
The Argentine international played alongside
Ronaldo for two years at Man United while he
featured several times with Messi for his national
team.
Having had the opportunity to play alongside both
stars, Tevez has now added his voice to the on-
going debate about the two football superstars.
In an interview with Di Marzio as cited by
GiveMeSport, Tevez has given an explanation on
the difference between Ronaldo and Messi in
training.

On Ronaldo, Tevez said:
“He spends the entire day
in the gym, it’s an obsession. I remember that we
needed to train at 9, I arrived at 8 and he was
already there. So I tried to arrive at 7:30 and he
was already there. One time I did everything to get
there before him, I arrived at the pitch at 6:30, but
he was already there. He was half asleep but there
he was.”
And then on Messi, he added:
“Messi isn’t like this,
to him it all comes naturally. But for what doesn’t
come natural to him, he trains for. One time he
wasn’t kicking free kicks well, now he puts them all
in the corner. He trained and improved.”
