Kogi Democratic Group has warned the APC led
governmment of Yahaya Bello in Kogi, not to use
the newly signed agreement between Nigeira/Russia
as the efforts of the state government.
A statement issued on behalf of the group by
Hamid Mohammed said efforts of political
gladaitors like Natasha Hadiza Akpoti, SDP
governorship candidate and others was noticeable
in the quest for the revival of ASCO.
This was far from other arrangment by some
disgruntled Nigerians and Kogi state government, to
acquire the complex and run it like a private entity
through satanic Public Private Partnership, PPP
Hamid Commended the efforts of the SDP
governorship candidate,Natasha Akpoti geared
towards the liberation of kogites and the revival of
over three decades moribund complex,that had been
the hub of industrialisation of the North Central
states.
He urged the Kogi electorates to support the
political ideology of SDP candidate,which is not far
from Progressives minded entities like the PDP, so
as to ensure freedom and meaningful lives for Kogi
indigenes
The group said with the signing of the agreement
,alot of job opportunities, other human and physical
engagement will be harnessed, to guarantee job
creation and development of the steel project and
by extension other areas.
He congratulated the people of Ajaokuta federal
constituency and by extension the entire Kogi state,
for this major breakthrough at this critical time of
dearth of industrialisation
