Barça Women are still unbeaten at the Johan Cruyff
Stadium after a great 5-0 win against Logroño.
Tacón and Atlético Madrid had conceded nine goals
and six goals respectively at the new ground, and
another five on Sunday meant a total of 20 goals in
three league games at home, and a total of 27 if we
add the two UEFA Women’s Champions League
games.
All over in 25 minutes
The blaugranes, who wore a pink armband in
support of the International Day against breast
cancer, quickly imposed their rhythm and scored
within four minutes through Marta Torrejón. The
visitors tried to react quickly through Barbra Banda,
but it was Barça who went further ahead through
Jenni Hermoso on 23. Two minutes later, Aitana
Bonmatí extended the advantage, and 3-0 at
halftime meant that the game was practically over.
Ambitious and eager to please, Oshoala quickly
added Barça’s fourth after the break, with Hamroui
rounding things off nine minutes from time.
