Information reaching us now, has it that the failed
portion of the the road leading to Ideato North/
North, mainly at the spot the bridge collapsed at
Mgbee/Umuchima is undergoing a palliative repairs
by FERMA; the Federal Road Maintenance Agency
(FERMA), is an agency of the federal government
saddled with the responsibility over federal road
maintenance, recall that the road in question is a
federal government road, and the state government
has since drawn their attention to the damaged
bridge.
It’s a thing of relief, to the road users plying that
route, recall also that few days ago there was a
fatal accident at that spot that it was reported
claimed a life. Kudos to FERMA for coming to the
